WEEKEND CHEESEMAKING WORKSHOP - Hard Cheese - Parmesan & Romano (Yogurt is also included) & Washed Rind Learn the art of cheesemaking under the guiding hand of one of Australia's best-known cheesemakers Carole Willman. You will make your own cheese to take home to your friends and family. An enjoyable weekend workshop suitable for the complete novice. The Saturday, is a Hard cheese workshop focusing on Parmesan & Romano (Yogurt is also included) and the Sunday class is a Washed Rind workshop. A great morning tea and delicious lunch with cheese tastings is served each day. We really recommend attending the two days, but if you can make only one day, please book using one of the two listings below. |
